OCTOBER 19, 2019 — After a week of filming in the New Castle, Indiana, area, the cast and crew of the new short film, “Rosie’s Rescue,” called it a wrap. Producer Andrew C. Marsh lauded the project’s success, as did writer and director Terry Weston Marsh, who had high praise for the cast and crew.
